The Professional Side
Dr. Nicholas is a Maryland area dentist who is part of a tradition of dental comfort and care. Dr. Nicholas, a 1987 graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School, has dedicated his professional career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. He continually educates himself and his staff on the latest techniques and advances to provide advanced, antiseptic, comfortable and personalized dental care for you and your family.
Dr. Nicholas has completed courses in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, periodontal (gum) therapy, and infection control. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Nicholas is also the founder and owner of the Dental Assistant School of Maryland, a school that provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become well-rounded, job-ready dental assistants and radiology technicians.
Dr. Nicholas was picked as one of Washington’s Top Dentists by Washingtonian Magazine (Doctors are selected by their peers). He has been chosen every year as a “Top Doctor” by the Consumer Council of America since 2004.
Dr. Nicholas lectures and trains other doctors both nationally and internationally with his Monday Morning Dentistry Programs.
The Personal Side
Hi, I’m Aaron Nicholas, founder of Nicholas Dental Care (the previous name of Endres Dental Care) for 32+ years. Recently, I’ve decided to step out of the owner role to pursue my interests in missionary dentistry and teaching advanced courses in clinical dentistry.
However, you can still find me treating patients as a member of Endres Dental Care.
When I’m not at the office, classroom or mission field I like to stay active by doing Cross Fit or going hiking. When Covid is over I’ll be out again swing or salsa dancing with my wife at some of our favorite local spots. She has recently turned me into a “foodie” (although I’m not too serious about that). We also have a new kitten, Flöki, that we enjoy hanging out with.
