Hi, I’m Michelle. I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 30 years. I graduated from CCBC as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1987 and ironically my first day of work was on April fools day. I love being a hygienist. I think I love it because I consider all of my patients to be family and I take pride in having a gentle yet thorough approach. I really do love caring for the Burtonsville community.
My husband Mike and I have been married for 33 years. We have 2 grown daughters, 2 grandsons, and a few years ago we rescued a Cane Corso named Lucy from the shelter. I spend most of my free time having fun with my grandkids and dog.
Hello, my name is Anh. I was born in Silver Spring, Maryland and have lived in Maryland all my life. I graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a degree in Psychology and then graduated from Fortis College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I even received additional certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide so that I can give my patients the most comfortable experience possible. I really like taking the time to help my patients be comfortable and enjoy their cleanings.
I love hanging out with my beautiful wife and my two awesome dogs (Bella and Bruno). I also play sports, hike, kayak, watch movies, and consider myself a huge “Foodie.”
Hi there, I'm Anahit. I graduated from Dental School before relocating to the United States. While my license didn't cross the ocean with me, my skills and knowledge for sure did. I've worked at Nicholas Dental Care, now Endres Dental Care for over 15 years. I truly love this profession. It is that passion for dentistry and education that lead me to become a director and instructor at the Dental Assistant School of Maryland.
When I'm not geeking out about dentistry or flowers, I like to travel and explore new places, new people and new restaurants. I may or may not be a bit of a foodie! My absolute favorite, above all, is hanging out with my husband and our Bengal kitten Flöki!
My name is Daydette but you can call me Deedee. I’m a mother to an energetic 11-year-old and I enjoy weekends with family outings or watching my daughter at all of her sporting events. I was born in Atlanta, GA, raised in London, England and currently live in Gaithersburg, MD so if you have a second to chat, I’m full of random fun facts.
I think I’ve always been a great fit for Endres Dental Care because I have a strong commitment to providing quality customer service. I have over nine years of dental office experience and I spend countless hours of my own time to receive continuing education certificates in Financial Effectiveness, Dental Coding, Treatment planning, and OSHA/HIPAA Compliance so I can help our patients navigate the confusing parts of dental treatment and insurance.
Hola, my name is Guadalupe, but you can call me Lupe. Five years ago, you would have found me making bartending and making your favorite cocktails. One day our practice manager, Anahit, came to the restaurant. She liked my margaritas and saw how hard I work so she encouraged me to come work in dentistry. I took a chance, enrolled in the Dental Assisting School of Maryland and I never looked back. Over the last 4 years, I've assisted our amazing doctors with many different dental procedures and while I love helping patients in all different ways, I have fallen in love with dental surgeries like dental implants. When I am not at the office, you can find me at a park playing with my 6-year-old daughter.
Hello, my name is Juan. Since 2017, I have been a part of the practice and I've enjoyed every moment. I was offered a position before I graduated my assisting program at the Dental Assistant School of Maryland. I most enjoy just having conversations with our patients and getting to know them. I like to treat everyone as if they are family.
When I'm not at work you can always find me casting my fishing rod into the bay and catching all different kinds of fish.
Hi, my name is Jackie and I’ve been a dental assistant for about two years. I got my certification from The Dental Assisting School of Maryland. At first, I wanted to go to nursing school, but I’ve found that I really love my job in dentistry. I love meeting new people and helping fearful patients build confidence to overcome their dental anxiety.
While away from the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family but my favorite thing to do is cuddling with my dog while binge-watching Netflix.
Hi, my name is Elon. I’ve known I love dentistry since middle school. I graduated from Fortis for dental assisting in 2016 but continued working in the food service industry for a few years before I decided to give dentistry a real shot. I started working here in 2019 and it’s been great. Shortly after starting my position, I signed up and graduated from the Dental Assistant School of Maryland.
What I love most about assisting is the ability to learn something new every day. During my free time, you can find me at the gym or hiking with my rescue dog, Titan, who is the world’s biggest cuddle bug.
Hi, I’m Darlene! Dentistry has been a part of my life for over 20 years. Being around people and helping them to a better, healthier life has always been the most rewarding part of my job. The best thing I ever did was have a daughter, she is amazing and my best friend.
Between working, spending time with my two dogs, and working out I stay very busy. This dental office is amazing and holds a special place in my heart. Keep the faith and things always work out!

The Endres Dental Care Story
Our practice is a true family. I (Eric Endres) am a general dentist and I have the awesome privilege to work with my wife, Elise Endres, my father-in-law, Stephen Tigani, and my mentor Aaron Nicholas. I’m proud to be a part of this family for many reasons but professionally we are unique because our family is probably the biggest family of dentists in DC and Montgomery County. My wife’s grandfather, Pat Tigani, is a legend in Washington DC dentistry known for his incredible service to the community, to the Georgetown School of Dentistry, and for his incredible kindness and gentle touch. My father-in-law, Stephen Tigani has been a highly respected orthodontist throughout DC and Montgomery County for over 25 years, serving as past-President of the DC Dental Society and cultivating a habit of community service. Over 3 generations in the Tigani family, there are two orthodontists, four general dentists, a pediatric dentist, three oral surgeons, and when I married my wife I became the 11th dentist in the family! Dentistry and service are deeply rooted in who our family is and we truly are committed to continuing the family tradition of kindness and making our dental practice a place where patients feel like friends.
With our family tradition of dentistry, we were incredibly excited that our practice has a long 33-year tradition in the Burtonsville, MD community. Dr. Aaron Nicholas started the practice over 33 years ago and has remained a staple in the Burtonsville community ever since. For three decades, our practice has been known in Burtonsville and the surrounding counties as the best place for a convenient and comfortable dental experience. When it came time, Dr. Nicholas searched for 5-10 years to find the right doctor to succeed him in the practice, and it is a great honor that such a respected doctor has trusted me and my wife to carry the practice forward and to care for our wonderful patients. Our family focuses primarily on two pillars that support the entire practice: the highest quality of service and the highest quality dentistry. Everyone we bring onto our team is expected to have the same commitment to being a positive influence in the patient’s experience and in the lives of their teammates.
Dentistry is at the core of who our family is. We sincerely understand that the dental office is a source of stress and anxiety for many people but we feel lucky to be in a special position where we can use our family’s history and experience to create an exceptionally comfortable and stress-free dental office that our community can trust. Our family has spent three generations learning and passing down the knowledge of how to care for people. We believe that every family needs doctors who are friendly, gentle, skilled, and who take the time to truly listen. We clearly value family, so from our family to yours, we promise to always stay committed to being the best dentists for your family and to giving you the most comfortable and friendly dental experience in Maryland.

I’ve always gone here when Dr. Nicholas was there and the experience has been passed down everyone is so polite and amazing. It was my son's first time getting his teeth cleaned and they made sure to make him feel like the dentist was cool!! Thank you to everyone here for making my son's first experience a day he will never forget.
- Sofia M.
I highly recommend Dr. Endres for any dental care or advice. He is very competent but still humble and attentive. He does not rush to finish and move on but provides time for you to ask and discuss as needed. There is an emphasis on cleanliness that is self-evident.
- Nazar M.
I was greeted warmly when I entered the office. Pretty quickly I was escorted to an exam room. I am not comfortable at the dentist, but my exam & cleaning was quick & easy. Everyone was very nice & I felt at ease. Quite a positive experience.
- Vicki P.
Absolutely amazing! Going to the dentist for me is absolutely nerve wreaking. From the minute I stepped in the door, I was put at ease. Dr. Endres and his entire staff (especially Lupe) made my experience actually a pleasure! You can’t say that about much nowadays, more specifically a dentist.
- Christine L.
The staff is efficient and the facility is nice…but the huge win here is that everyone is KIND…even to someone who hadn’t come since the pandemic started and who doesn’t floss like she should! Mya, Michelle, and Dr. E. were all great. Michelle especially deserved hazard pay for cleaning my teeth gently but thoroughly. When I left both my teeth and I really felt better!
- Ruby H.
I first visited this office at the recommendation of my mom and great aunt who both needed major and extensive work done. They were seen by Dr. Nichols who was kind, patient and knowledgeable. For my work, I have been seen by Dr. Endres whom I plan to stay with until he retires because I’ve never had a dentist as thorough and gentle. For a patient who pays out of pocket- I can confidently say you will not be disappointed. I wish I could give this office 10 stars!
