How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Our is happy to file and track your insurance claims to ensure you’re getting the most out of your benefits. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can ensure your information is as up-to-date as possible.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We partner with CareCredit as a third-party payment option for dental expenses. You can design a payment plan that works for you. We also offer our Smile Savings Plan to patients, which is an excellent alternative for those without insurance.

What hours is your office open?
Our practice is open Monday: 12:00 PM-7:00 PM, Tuesday: 12:00 PM-7:00 PM, Wednesday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM, Thursday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM, Fridays: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM, and select Saturdays: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. We’re closed on Sunday.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please come to our practice at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

How long does an appointment take?
Appointment times will vary depending on the type of consultation, service, or treatment being provided.

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring your completed new patient forms, any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, a valid form of ID, a list of medications you are currently taking, a list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries, and your dental insurance card (if applicable).

How often do I need a dental checkup?
Our team recommends a cleaning and checkup at least every six months. But depending on your individual oral health needs, we may suggest more frequent visits.

Does your dental office treat children?
Yes, we do provide pediatric dental care for young patients.
